What is your cancellation policy?
Most tours can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before departure. Private charters need 72 hours’ notice. If we cancel because of weather or port closures, you can choose a full refund or a new date.
Is hotel pickup included?
Inland and Nayarit tours include pickup from most Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta hotels. Boat tours meet at the marina or pier; you’ll get an exact map pin by email.
What should I bring?
Reef-safe sunscreen, a swimsuit and towel, insect repellent for jungle tours, and cash in pesos for marina or national park fees. Each confirmation email includes a checklist for your tour.
Can I pay in Mexican pesos?
